Hips mobility, flexibility and strength

This 2 hours practice is open to everyone and all levels, and will focus on the hips area. Whether you sit a lot or walk or run, your hips area that is closely connected with your lower back, abdominals and thighs, need some additional treatment to release tension, stress and improve mobility. Therefore yoga poses will be mindfully curated to:
- increase mobility in the hip joints to give more freedom in the movement,
- stretch and strengthen the muscles around the hips (thighs, buttocks, lower back, abdominals) ,
- release tension in the hip joints, lower back and legs.
Investment : 25 euro.
Refreshments and snacks afterwards so reserve more time.
