We are running Yoga Holidays to a beautiful places where you can connect with nature, recharge your vital energy and slow down busy life with yoga practice.

Accommodation in beautiful, clean, tranquil aparthotel with upgraded facilities of: 2 swimming pools, yoga room, gym,  restaurant for breakfast and pool bar for daily drinks and snacks.

Yoga holidays in Fuerteventura is open to Chair yoga group and all practicing on the mats. Yoga is suitable for everyone and will be 2 times daily, morning and evening. First group will practice yoga on Chairs, second group will practice mat yoga. Practice is adjusted to each individual so even if you are a beginner, you will be able to do it.

Price: €800 covers

– 5 nights accommodation with breakfast, ( double room)

– 9-10 yoga classes

– airport transfer in Fuerteventura

– culinary experience – vegan lunch / dining together.

Single room accommodation is available.

We are heading for a good weather, outdoor yoga, leisure time by the pool, walks along the beach, sea swimming, simply being and absorbing the sense of peace and relaxation and so much more indescribable things !!!

To book your place, pay deposit of €200. If 8 people confirm going and pay we can purchase the flights. It will be announced to purchase the flights.

– additional trips, e-bikes, boat trip, bus to visit other little gems on island, car rent.

– massages in the hotel.

You can always cancel your booking with full refund up to 1st of September.

I am happy to introduce you to our NEW destination of Yoga holidays !!!
Tarifa – beautiful little town situated at the southernmost point of Spain on continental Europe. I fell in love in this place on my first visit there on 2014. I can call it a hidden gem in Spain where borders the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea and you can literally see the Marroccan land from Tarifa.
This place has so much character, gorgeous whitewashed streets, quirky shops and that laid- back, cool surfers VIBE…
And the beach …. WOW !!! Absolutely love it , so long ( 10km), so wide , endless golden soft sand, and the transparent water the OCEAN …
This place is known from the strongest winds, a paradise for kitesurfers, and from vast, unspoiled coastline.
The authentic local cuisine at beach bars facing sea or in old town are famous for its tapas and seafood dishes.
The sun and beach and nature and Yoga inviting you to slow down, unwind, relax and live unforgettable experience.
Yoga Holidays Tarifa
Dates: 22-27th September 2026
Accommodation in Q Hotels Event Tarifa ( adults only) with breakfast.
Return Transfer airport Malaga to Tarifa included.
Yoga sessions everyday – if possible on the beach if weather condition allows.
Other activities : long walks on the beach, swim in the sea, visiting old town, bike rental, boat trip to Tangier 45 min (Marrocco), leisure days at the beach bars with stunning view to the ocean.
Booking is open.
To book your place pay deposit of €200. If your place is confirmed you can buy plane tickets Ryanair. The remaining balance needs to be paid until the 15th of August. Plane ticket everyone covers additionally. There are few flights on the same days so it will be the earliest flight on Tuesday 22nd September and flight of your choice for return knowing that we will be in the airport back at 2pm on Sunday 27th September.

FAQ

How often should I practice to have best results?

The more often you practice yoga the results are feelable or visible earlier. Don’t expect a huge changes after just few yoga sessions. Ideally and realistically would be if you could start do yoga twice a week and build it up gradually and organically. Even once a week commitment will benefit your health.

Are there any helpful guidelines for yoga practice?

Yes, here is some guidelines: wear comfortable cothing, practice barefoot, remove all the jewelry, tie up long hair, practice on empty stomach, do not force yourself into difficult postures, go at your own pace.

Can I do yoga if I am not flexible ?

You Don’t have to be flexible to do yoga !!! Yoga isn’t just stretching, its extremalnie toning, calming, meditative, spiritual, healing and opening. Flexibility is only one aspect of it. Once you practice yoga for a period of time naturally you will gain flexibility with myriad of other benefits. 

Do I need to be on a vegetarian diet to benefits from yoga?

No. You can derive benefit from yoga without a special diets. You can be fully as you are because yoga is for everyone !!! 

Are yoga classes safe?

Yes. Yoga classes we teach are safe. Always make sure to discuss your medical conditions with yoga teacher. 

What do I need to bring for yoga practice?

You will need your yoga mat. 

Is yoga suitable for pregnancy?

Yes. But it has to be specific pregnancy yoga class. We don’t provide yoga for pregnancy. 

Yoga online in the comfort of your own home

Morning online sessions will help you to wake up the body, focus the mind and set the tone for your day ahead. Classes are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7am.
